+1, the 5.0 is nuts. With a tune, intercooler, intake and downpipes you can easily beat them from a dig. From a roll you can forget it. Our cars have nothing on a V8 up top.

Even when I did street race a few years back, I never understood why people felt proud or ashamed if they were faster or slower than the other guy. I'll have a little fun every now and then, but I'm too cautious to actually "race" another driver on public roads now.

I've been in the same situation, kind of awkward after I won though because we stopped at the next light and than they both just stared at me.. This was I think a modded 09-10 GT . The new GTs are a little different story in terms of speed lol

a few years ago i rolled up to a sonic before going to a meet with a friend (Me in an evo, and friend in a wrx), guy with a GTs girlfriend shouts "this is what a real car sounds like" standing next to her bfs mustang. i proceeded to destroy him later that night on the highway. was the 2000s style body, but either way i never forgot, so satisfying.

In Texas mustangs are the absolute worse, they are damn near everywhere and they always want to race. v6 v8 it doesnt matter, this follows closely by Camaros and challengers/Chargers. No matter how fast those cars are they are always just going to be a car you see every day. The other day a charger with an exhaust kept trying to race me, so i gave three honks and immediately tapped my gas to make some noise, and pulled into my neighborhood, more satisfaction than any race could be.

I don't understand how some of you guys could say the N54 sounds better than the 3V or Coyote. That's probably the most herpity derpity thing I've ever heard. That being said, I always get a chub when my modded TT car beats all those inferior unmodded cars. Puts em right back where they belong, in their trailers drinking Keystone Light talking about how the South will rise again while they pass their sisters around.

American cars are so slow and they like fall apart in a week after you buy it. Thank God I went ahead and spent the extra money for this beautiful German beast, whose interior is infallible and whose reliability will hold the benchmark for generations to come. All other car manufacturers will bow to this one; that's just part of the master plan. I don't care how many pedestrians I have to kill, or how many light poles I have to mow down, I will make sure every one of those mullet and stone-wash jeans wearing, uneducated hicks knows that I am better than they are.

BRB, have to go get myself off by vigorously rubbing my taint on the roundel on my hood.
