Haha. You clearly have never been on a bus.

I'd get a pink prius before I got a bus pass!

Toyotas reliability is not the same as it use to be back in the 70s, 80s and 90s. I like Toyotas and have owned 3 in my lifetime, which were always great cars. Ever since I had my first BMW back in 2006, I will never drive another car. Love driving them every time I get in them. Germans make the best cars in my opinion.

BMW is the 3rd most valuable automotive company in the world (and 12th most valuable of all companies), according to Interbrand's Top 100 Brands list for 2012. Interbrand is a leading branding consulting agency.
This is about the value of the company, not the product it sells...

LMAO

Who buys an expensive luxury vehicle and expects it to have good resale value at less than a year old...

People crack me up, cars are not appreciating assets. If your concerned with resale value, NEVER BUY NEW!

I bought my ZHP 3 years old (CPO'd) with 32,500 on the clock. It originally stickered at nearly DOUBLE what I paid for it. Having purchased two brand new cars (prior to the BMW purchase) I can say that there was no benefit to buying either of the new cars I bought....new. From now on I'll buy CPO'd...

So what if someone else farted in the drivers seat first, as long as it doesn't still stink... Nearly 7 years later and 85,000 miles, she still makes me smile everyday. Considering she's been paid off for 3 years, I'd say I've saved a bundle on overall cost of ownership...

I know most everyone in the forum hates to see it, but yeah Benz beat Bimmer.
NASCAR really isn't a showcase for technology and engineering... it's a formula series and a limited one at that. More of a driver's series than a mfgr's...

I'm with you there. Especially considering they're going on "brand value" (which I'm gonna assume means things such as assets, company income, brand worth, etc.) VW is enormous. Not to mention they OWN Audi and Porsche

By the way, they put Harley-Davidson on that graph... LOL.

Both Toyota and Hyundai are far bigger in scale and makes more money than Ferrari, not surprised they are in front. The fact is small car companies like Ferrari and Lamborghini can't really survive on their own and have to be under an umbrella (in this case Fiat and VW).
