Bugs man, bugs. They are the worst. There used to be a series here called survivorman, it was pretty funny for the most part but dude tried to live off the land for a week and every damn time, the bugs, they just drive him insane.

You all should take a look at a show called Naked and Afraid. Survivalist at the extreme. The people on the show while having survivalist backgrounds/training have only a couple of tools/items to use to survive. They have to live off of their surroundings for 2 weeks. They don't even have clothing. Talk about what it takes to really survive. I saw one episode where one of the partners (as they do this challenge in pairs) had to tap out. Her body was literally covered in bug bites. It's bad when you can see them clearly on the TV screen.

I'll be honest, I feel like I should have been banned multiple times now. How did moddie get banned? Any clue? Do we need to start a bring back our banned members thread? that may result in a ban as well though.

I'm not banned because of my reverse fail because Lexus and Infiniti. Had it been my beloved E93, I would have bowed my head for it to be chopped off.

No clue. The only thing we can think of is he used the hard "R" word. Which, is not a nice word but I feel other words have been used and are far worse.

That's the problem with words. Off the top of my head without trying to get myself banned, for example, a large populous do not know that the word "Eskimo" is a derogatory word. "Inuit" is the correct term but if you grew up eating Eskimo Pies and do not have experience with Inuit people, how would one know exactly? There's not an influx of Inuit in say Los Angeles for example.

As for your question, yeah, it's for real. He's already had the cameras rolling when he knocked on the Petito family door. And no, they didn't answer it.

Was watching the news in bed last night. They have now brought in John Walsh. Do we want to place bets on what TV personality will next be brought in? My money is on Boba Fett or Rhonda Boney.....(Ok, I'm reaching with Rhonda and since no one knows who I'm talking about, it's the missing persons detective on the film Gone Girl. I hope you can appreciate the effort that went into a joke that fell on def ears.)

Was in Florida this weekend, about an hour north of his parents house, and all anyone was talking about was this case. With so many people knowing about the case and knowing what he looks like, if he is still in florida, he'll get spotted and called out quickly when he goes to re-up his supplies.

But, people lose interest in things quickly, especially when nothing new comes out, so within a month, everyone will have forgotten about it and moved on to the next big story. If he can hide out for another month or 2, it will become increasingly easier to stay on the run.

Apparently a neighbor saw the parents loading the trailer in early Sept and they went away for a weekend. Someone else reported that they were seen at a campground/camping area not terribly far from their home (few hours at most I suppose, still in FL). Three people arrived and two left. So the presumption is they dropped Brian and some gear, he disappeared into the wilderness or met up with someone else, and the parents went home and sent the police to the swamp to look (not near where they camped).

I have no idea if any of these “reports” are accurate or reliable. I’m not following as closely now as this is just another man hunt, where the Gabby part had several interesting layers until she was found deceased.

I’m rooting just as much for his parents to get arrested now as I am for Brian. They can all share a cell together and spend a lot of quality time together.
