Why 'is' MAX quicker than Checo (and the rest) is a question asked by many new fans joining F1 and it needs some moments of thought to take in why, explained in some detail by Driver61 and Scarbs.

Yes . That was a scary moment @Raidillon by the tricky wet situation . But MAX corrected that in a blink of an eye...

But once MAX ran at P1 , RB turned to power down to 92-93 %.
GP just wants to save his HONDA PU because this PU is running really well.

The RB19's main issue is the ultra small gearbox , but it has huge aero advantages by making more room for the spectacular Venturi channels and diffuser + it's weight saving.
As for reference : The size of the Merc. gearbox is twice as large , but It's more reliable ...

BTW : After the SPA race ,MAX, Kelly Piquet and Lando flew in a helicopter to Tomorrowland @MartinGarrix stage ...

I thought they did away with that bouncing but as you say the lowered rear end led to bouncing off the bump stops, a good spine massage will see him alright after that.
