Nope, 1/80 shutter speed, f4, ISO 200. This part of our house is L-shaped and the flash is around the corner in the other window and pointing through it to this window. I was trying to get the cat to sit in profile, but then she decided to come down the pole. I'm using the ultra-cheap Cowboy Studio remote flash setup. Works very well.

Here's the peaceful side of an ongoing battle between my wife and her cat for her chair.

How I ever got along without a flash to this point is beyond me.
