Are you referring to the "My BMW" app? If so, to be fair, I don't think they're meant to be interchangeable. Yes, the HUD feature is great.

Yeah I see what you're saying. Scaling is a bit whack. I haven't really messed with the app much but what I can see being useful for me is finding where I parked. I could easily put this in the "You know you're getting old when..." thread. Lol.

Since I have never had an app that can control certain functions of the car via smartphone, it's pretty novel to me. Also to see how much gas is remaining and the tire pressures, etc. Pretty cool. HUD is a totally different beast and I love it. Having that info right before you and not needing to look over to the center console/display is awesome. Hope you're enjoying the new ride!

oh yea the app is pretty cool, keeps track of vehicle status.
lets you know if the car is unlock or locked and other features.
look into the bimmercode app. you can unlock features that are hidden.
and its very simple to use. you can add other colors to ambient lighting.

Cold KFC is the best. I used to pick up a small bucket, drive home, and put it in the fridge for eating cold at work the next few days - long time ago, summer job landscaping. Cold KFC on a hot day.

Did she get the Red Sport 400 model? There are a number of folks over on the G20 forum that transitioned from that to the M340i. I've owned a couple of Infiniti cars in the past but the number one complaint that I always had (and apparently current owners today) is the lousy transmission. It totally neuters the engine, regardless of power. Not sure but that model might also have the drive-by-wire steering as well which is reportedly not so good.

Our of curiosity, why do you want to get an Infiniti?
