Similarity was, everything was going up, except mine.

I held some small position on one stock, and it fell so much that loss is now start to be significant. wtf.....

As of DDS bag holding starting at 3Q2008, I freaking held that DDS POS till end of 2013-2q2014, and was best investment ever.

Home HELL! VSLR just got bought out by SunEdison for 2.2billion. I have been extremely heavy (irresponsibly heavy) in the solar sector. This is the second time this smallcap monster has doubled my money for me! Is anybody else heavy in the solar sector?

AAPL historically beats I have no doubts they will beat again. iPhone is king of apple.

Also historically aapl rallies up until earnings and falls immediately after and then shoots back up over the following week or so.

I see a few things happening.

If they announce watch sales, and currently sales estimates range anywhere from 3-6 mil, and they're over that range-- Big up movement IMO. No one really knows sales estimate because they were sold in house and only apple knows this data. They also said they weren't planning on releasing any data so....

iPhone sales. If iPhone sales are through the roof as expected I can see a small uptick depending how large. Sales are usually on a bigger decline here as mostly everyone knows the next version is coming soon. But then again the iPhone 6/+ is extremely popular these days.

I don't expect any movement from anything else in their product lineup. Possible movement from a major dividend return/big profit... But I don't know any of this stuff.

2 things... Pullback back down to 125 range or smash through the 133 barrier they've been stuck at.

Just my guess...

Apple needed to prove to investors that the elephant can dance; meaning they can be highly profitable by diversifying into iwatch, ipay, etc. (besides iphone n+1, and ipad n).
If not, investors "might" think that it is just another IBM or GE , but who sells to consumers.

beat on earnings and revenue, but missed on units sold. q4 guidance was given as 48-51billion, however consensus estimate was just a touch under 51

i think everyone was expecting them to blow earnings out of the water, but they barely beat (1.85 vs 1.81 expected).

good buying opportunity to buy the dip. should be back to 128-129 in a few days
