What if CH on purpose drove a stake between the austrian side and the thai side to create a conflict with the goal that one gives up their part in RBR (for CH to take over), with the risk that it all blows up and RBR falls apart?

So that would also mean Max' career could blow up. Just because CH wants more money/power.

As you mentioned Yoovidhya family CH is stable and probably wants a part share like Woolf has in Merc, a whopping 33% he has so can't see why Jos is against that and what it's even to do with him.
