I'll have to look. I may have missed that one...
Nope, don't have one there.

I was thinking the exact same @ wheels (especially with the chrome trim).
I pulled the pic from a "Is this worth fixing?" thread. Here's my response along with a nice pic of the car/wheels pre-collision. |

However, it used to upset me when I would discover a bimmer wearing an illegitimate ///M badge or logo. They say imitation is the fondest form of flattery. Or fake it until you make it. With all these Chinese companies making fake s**t, no wonder people can get these so easily. I used to remember, when you went to the dealership to buy an ///M Bage or AMG badge they would ask you for your VIN, to prove that you actually have the vehicle if not, then they wouldn't sell it to you.

If you're going to re-badge your car take off the other shit. Shit has to be tastefully done! Just put a simple m logo badge because your car is an m sport car.
If M LOGO badges didnt go with msport cars, BMW would have not put them in the car. Every pic I've seen on this post is a tasteless rendition of bmw b.s. I DO NOT like to see non car guys buying bmw's and placing random M logos everywhere on shitty poorly maintained bimmers. I have an M logo on the back of my m sport car that's a genuine bmw badge. It's from the XM truck. The badge (black n gold) matches my black rims with gold rivets. Like it or not. Nobody gives a fuck about what the next man (my opinions included) thinks. My shits say "M" because it's not a M6 it's an M sport. Those that know, understand and know the difference between the cars. Those that don't, do not matter. In conclusion... M6 or 640i with lowered suspension, muffler delete, bbs rims etc plus M Logo? Guess what? Ya chick is still going to say I have a nice car...lol Enjoy ya life, do classy shit, and have as many laughs, shits n shenanigans as possible. Last edited by donsergio; 11-05-2024 at 02:02 PM.. |

i just dont get the process, 95% of those people are not even car people, and most of them have a base-boring bmw.
So one day, they woke up, and decide to buy a //M badge online, receive it, dress to go outside (assuming they are not car people, so car sits outside), peel off the sticker film, stick it on the dirty car, and bonus ; wrong orientation. I'm not better, but came from the previous owner and I liked it, so I kept it. However I dont think the '' BMW performance edition'' label is a OEM branded BMW logo. Fits the vibe of my car ; e91 with 600whp. |
