You have to break at least two rules for an accident to happen.

Your instructor should have taught you better.

Yes, I absolutely have. But you’re proving my point. You only put your finger on the trigger when you’re ready to pull it! Chambered round or not (aka dry firing)

No if, ands, or buts!

I need to give an update in that thread. I’m so overwhelmed, I quit. I canceled all three this week. B, C, D, and F are becoming too much.

I drank an entire bottle of wine and made brownies on a Saturday night. That’s how much I don’t want to go on a date.

No. No permit required in NH. Welcome to America. You should give it a try.

If you want my bona fides:

Classified Expert in CDP, ESP, and SSP for IDPA.

Classified B is Production USPSA

Too many classes to remember them all, but here is a sample:

A bunch with Sig Sauer
Several with Jeff Gonzales
Several with Kyle Lamb. Enough that he recognized me and knew my name last week at Sig's P365 EDC match. I ranked 23rd out of 146 shooters.
A couple with Ridgeline in NH - earned a black sweatshirt for the scoped carbine class.
Armorer classes on the AR and 320.

Finally, I am an airline pilot and a gun nut. Maybe you can read between the lines on that.
