I have my car settings set in Celsius, as I deal with a lot of international customers, and it helps me describe the weather to them easier.

last week, my area went below freezing for the first time this year. fortunately, I remembered to drain the windshield washer fluid on my other car and added half a bottle of 0 degrees(F) washer fluid. Last year, I somehow left the summer washer fluid in there and caused the tubes and connector to freeze and burst inside the passenger side A-pillar.(the tube that leads to the rear washer nozzle for the rear wiper)

I would have been hopping mad. Sometimes it's not about the money. The doorsills were about $100 for the pair, right? It's the fact that a giant car company cuts corners and leaves a bad taste in the customer's mouth. Now I'm going to put PPF on my M doorsills on my X1 and treasure them! |

That’s a f***ing joke! I can understand BMW removing the M badge and M door sills to reserve them exclusively for the M35i, but to also omit them from their only X1 M performance model is absolutely ridiculous! Should be standard on the M35, or at least included in the M Pro package!

Sharing a pic of my new 20” rims…
I can’t state enough how much I’m loving this upgrade coming from the standard msport 19”. I promise you they look even better IRL! |

To be honest, I didn’t notice much difference between the two sizes. Both 19” and 20” come with 245 tires. 19 are 45 shoulder while 20 are 40. I don’t know if you are used to equip winter tires where you live. The most noticeable difference I could feel was about the usual softness you can experience swapping the summer tires with the winter tires but other than that I’m loving them and overall comfort is still good! |
