Yeah with the arm adjusted to not hit the upper, the little tongue hits the lower. It's a lose lose situation.

That's an interesting grip. Review it for us if you do decide to get it.

I also stumbled across this. Looks promising. You basically lock the magazine to the receiver then reload it from the side.

Ehhh, I would avoid Compmag. The Juggernaut option with a KingPin is better.

How come? What I like about the Compmag is that I don't have to modify the AR in anyway so when I go out of state, I can drop in a regular mag and the AR wont be modified at all.

This is gonna be a dedicated range plinker and I'm gonna throw on an LPVO for some long boi action. I have another AR with the regular maglock for other things.

I'd have to agree with you on the idiots thing. Usually I go there to sight in my rifles prior to a hunt and during the week as the idiots are out there in force on the weekends.

Will try to goshooting tomorrow. Gonna go site in the red dot on the MP5, shoot a bit of the M16 and then work on shooting my defense weapons. Sadly I don't shoot enough and know I will not be very good with the handguns. I try to compensate for precision with volume.
Yeah I completely suck at my pistols and they have red dots and everything so its the indian and not the bow and arrows for me. Right handed and left eye dominate doesn't help too much either. Once it cools off, we can possible meet up and bring some NFA toys.

Good idea. On the handgun thing, a lot of it is practice for me. back about 20 years ago when I first got interested in shooting I would go to the range 3-4 times a week and practice with handguns. Got so I could hit the black on 3 inch across targets at 10 yards quickly and consistently from a draw. Now I'm lucky to hit the backstop.

I've just heard of issues with it and that it's cumbersome. You could give it a try though and see if you like it. I just wouldn't want it on a home defense gun at all.

Oh yeah absolutely. I would never use this build as a home defense gun it's more of a mess around with at the range and potentially dabble with long range stuff. I hear it gets taken away and you probably won't get it back and I spent too much on this one for that. I have an ugly POS with a working AR Mag lock for home defense. She's the sacrificial goat.

Do you know which trigger is in that AR? Is it adjustable and do you know the weight of the pull?

I just know that it's a 3.5 lb pull. I still have a lot of learning to do on the rifle.

Looks like their standard drop in straight trigger

I tried to order this, by the time I seen your post they were already sold out. I’m on the waitlist now.

I picked up a new P320 today, why not have more than 1.
I bought the P320 RXP XCOMPACT model since I already have the same in Full size.

Sedan, let’s talk about that Staccato of yours! I finally got my hands on one and decided that’s my next purchase, along with a proper Benelli M4. I’ll build and order the Staccato on their site to take advantage of their Built for Heroes program.

The Staccato C2 DUO is a dream to shoot. The trigger is butter and it just manages recoil so well. Their customer service is great and their "Heroes" program saves some significant coin.

That Sig is beautiful. I'm thinking of picking up a P320 myself.
