Those aren't meals. It's like 3 full bites and thats it. Also has about a third of your DV for sodium. Super processed. There are much better options albeit not as convenient, but being that (from what it looks like) you eat at home for bulk of your lunches convenience shouldn't be the decision driver.

A favorite of mine that's similar in that nostalgic way is Chef Boyardee Beefaroni.

Attempt at some garlic confit butter spread with some toast. Couldn’t wait to let it cool down so it’s still runny. Could be a little better but not bad.
