Speaking of boonies, it was foggy and cold here this morning. Lousy to drive in, but interesting for images.

Thanks, Dave. A short time later I punched through a wall of fog and suddenly it was clear for a mile three directions. The sun was shining through a gap in the fog and a section of field was brightly lit. The sunny area was moving towards a farmhouse and outbuildings, which would have made for a great image, but I didn't have time to wait. I love those changing conditions, though.

I'll bet. Lucky he didn't nail a tree. The son of the university chancellor here died last week in a snowboarding accident in CO. Trees are quite unforgiving.

Yeah, we've had around six deaths this year with boarders and skiers. It's not all that unusual.

Normally for this time of year, such an image might be considered mean. However, as it's warm and sunny today, I don't mind so much
