We did another KW HAS install and wanted to share a few pics. The customer plans to add a set of BBS wheels to his ride. Once he does the springs and fitment can be dialed in. Note: These were taken immediately after install so the springs have yet to settle. We also partnered with Enlaes to install the HAS on their new M4. Stay tuned for install photos, and the full photo shoot to be posted soon! |

E9x M3 guys had issues with H&R and Eibach springs with softer than normal rates and too much drop, then used E36 M3 bump stops as a band aid. |

are there any that do this? I would imagine the drop would have to be very small to still work well with the OEM dampers in non ideal road conditions (IE the real world and most tracks)

For the F8x chassis there is nothing yet, but being worked on as I write this. If you go to the E8x, E9x M and none M forums Swift has made springs with linear rates, not progressive, and very careful with how much to drop the car. There has been no issues with Swift bottoming out. |

What height is this second M4 with stock wheels?
And can someone explain the main difference between regular springs like Eibach or H&R and progression springs like this KW? I mean except the height regulation. Are this springs better for the track days or not - this is the main question for me? Tnx.

We recently swapped out the Satin Bronze HRE wheels for a set of BLK 501 GTR Wheels in 20x9.5 / 11. These Wheels have a Matte Brushed Face with Polished Clear Lips. After making some adjustments with the wheel width and offset we were able to lower the car as far down in both the front and rear as the springs would allow. This gave us an incredibly low and aggressive stance (the stance we've wanted from the start). Last weekend we did a BMW rally through the mountains near San Diego. We ran the car pretty hard to see how the suspension would hold up. We hit a couple bumps and pot holes while cornering that did cause the car to rub a little, but we weren't concerned. We may make some little tweaks but for now we are excited about the M4's current setup. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact us by clicking HERE or PM for more details.
