Jets are gambling by letting Fitzy test his market but I cannot see another team offering $17M. Plus, Fitzy isn't the type of QB Elway wants so the RG3 meeting is the Jets doing their due diligence, though would you rather have Geno over RG3?

So Kap stays in SF and RGB goes to the QB turnstile at Cleveland. I hope Chip Kelly can make Kap and his West Coast offensive scheme work now he's back on the west coast. Niners need a new direction to go with their new stadium. Their roster with some tweaks is not that far off if Kap can find his game. Could Chip be the next Bill Walsh?

As a hawks fan- I was honestly hoping kap would leave SF hahah

I don't understand his desire to want to leave when if any coach available in the NFL could exploit his talents best- it WOULD be chip.

He got ahead of his capabilities and fan base. I agree Chip would be great option for getting his game back but I think he and the fans are looking to move on, and Gabert's shown lot of promise and has the teams support too.

As a big Steelers fan, I get worried when the pundits keep saying LB is a need for us. We have drafted Jarvis Jones (bust) an Bud Dupree the last couple of years, we NEED some cover corners and safeties. And a huge glaring need now that Steve McClendon left as an FA is DT, someone has to be the big body in the middle that will allow Heyward and Tuitt to do their jobs and stuff the run

Mr.SugarSkulls, I still can't believe Seattle didn't run the ball.

As a NYG fan, I'm pleased with their draft picks, especially Sterling Shepard as I think Victor Cruz is DUNN. They overspent in the FA market but they needed to bolster up the D. Coughlin needed to go as they have been very inconsistent in the past 10 seasons. They either make the playoffs and win the SB or go 5-11.

I doubt Fitzy will retire if he doesn't get $16M from the Jets as he is bitter that Osweiler got $70M from TexASS when he's only been in the league for 20 minutes. He'll probably sign with the Jets for $10M and I hope Geno Smith gets on a rocket ship and be gone for good.

IDK why Bradford is bitching in Philly. He should be lucky he got all that guaranteed money as he has accomplished nothing in this league to cry over them getting Wentz. For the NFC (L)east it's good news as Philly will be irrelevant this season IMHO.

Cousins is a business QB, won't blow up anyone's skirt but they won the division by default since Romo was hurt most of last season, Bradford is always hurt and the Giants flat out stunk. Dallas should rebound but taking a RB that high in the draft is questionable. I would have traded down and got more defensive help but with a healthy Romo that team can win at least 10 games.

In honor of all the Dolphin fans around me down here in Scarface Land, I need to buy a gas mask and wear it while I drive to/from work.

I still cannot believe they didn't run the ball.

I think the G-Men will have a great season, though the D worries me. They will at least have an explosive offense and I hope they steamroll over DallASS, Philly, and Wash.
