For locally available fast food, Burger King but it is not nearly as good as it was back when they made each burger fresh off the grill instead of batching them. Really none of the fast food available locally is worth the wait or grease.
Fast casual chains all seem to fry their burgers and I might have that once in a while but really am not a fan of fried beef. I think BurgerFi and Shake Shake are too similar. Five Guys is ok but makes me feel greasy after eating. I prefer something like the Big Daddy Burger at Flanigans.

Everyday place: JTB Ultimate Cheeseburger. Simple, more meat.
Better: Five Guys bacon cheeseburger with A1, jalapeno and grilled onions and mushrooms or In-N-Out animal style. Best: Pie 'N Burger

There's a place in Portland called Little Big Burger. They got multiple places and make a pretty decent burger that's a little bit above your average fast food joint.
1. Little Big Burger 2. Little Big Burger with Swiss and Bacon. |

I tried eating one like yours, but the meat on the bottom made my hands all greasy and stuff and it kept falling apart. Ended up folding it in half like a taco. |

I was the biggest In N Out fan for the longest time...still am, but recently I've had Shake Shack. Shake Shack beats In N Out by far in the flavor and freshness department IMO. Five Guys comes in a far third place...beating McDonalds, Carls Jr and Burger King.
Personal Favs... Shake Shack: Double Smokeshack with Cheesefries In N Out: Double Double with Grilled Onions and Fries Five Guys: Bacon Cheeseburger with Cajun Fries McDonald's: Plain Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese and Fries

I actually prefer a burger with a ratio that consists of more buns than meat.
Roastbeef's burger has far too much meat for me. For $2, In-N-Out is 5 stars. I do enjoy a lot of different burgers and have eaten them with all qualities of meat. I have found that I just don't enjoy meat that much... much more of a buns type of guy. Can't think of a place that has a really good gourmet burger right now though. Sometimes, I actually enjoy a mcdonalds cheeseburger with french fries put inside. |
