Me too. A little bloated but over all no ill effects. Although I do try to make a conscious decision on my order as to pick a healthier item of the particular fast food places menu.

Wendys
- Salty patties - nasty fries - overall- not that good McDonalds - liquid "beef taste" in the so called "meat" and highly processed everything - the fries take over 4 yrs to decompose due to preservatives - more cholesterol than a pack of bacon - the smell of their food stinks - overall - decent taste, extremely unhealthy. Burger King - Fries are ok, very very greasy - Burgers are alright, not too impressive - all their ingredients are extremely modified and processed - the smell of their food stinks - overall - decent but not good enough Carl's Jr. - mediocre patties - 6 dollar burger is their best burger, still not that great though - fries aren't somewhat good - not as processed as the others but still very very unhealty - overall - better than most of its competitors but still below par food Panda Express - great food selection - somewhat healthy - high in sodium - very very few of their ingredients are processed and preserved(fresh food) - overall - decent food if you pick the right entrees/sides Subway - many of their sandwiches taste bland - not too high in salt - fresh food, not much of it is processed at all - overall - not bad but I'd prefer a local deli known for sandwiches Quiznos - excellent selection of sandwiches - high in salt - lots of flavor - somewhat greasy if you pick the wrong sandwich - somewhat fresh ingredients - overall - not bad; better than most of its competitors, decent food Taco Bell/Del Taco - somewhat good tasting food - menu selection is a bit ridiculous - recycled ingredients in all their items(nothing is distinct) - very very processed - high in hydrogenated oils and complex fats - gives most ppl. major indigestion - overall - very very unhealthy but has a somewhat good taste In-N-Out "winner" - fresh ingredients in everything they make - health concious oils used in their foods - lots of flavor - simple, to the point menu; very traditional - somewhat high in salt (which you don't taste) depending on the burger but not too bad - fries are very good and taste real (because they are) - overall - best "fast food" burger joint in the nation (check the accolades) Conclusion, I don't eat at any of these places other than In-N-Out like once a month or Chipotle like once or twice every other week. Other than that, I only go to real restaurants. I grew up on fast food and it almost killed me. Never again. FYI: Watch the movies 'Fast Food Nation' and 'Supersize Me'.... |

This is timely. Just finished watching "Super Size Me" about 1/2 hour ago.

I was just saying it's really the only fast food I eat on occasion. And when I say on occasion I mean 3 or 4 times a year max. |
