I hate the front end and lights on a 6 series with a passion...the 1 lookjs odd from different angles, and the x3 should be re-vamped.

Saw a X6 on the road today and had a nice chat with the guy driving it. It really DOES look better in real life, not that I would go out and buy one anytime soon.

soo hard to choose.. why? cuz there are so many ugly bmws these days

i was going to pick E90 cuz it's soo butt ugly but then i look at X3, it's so ugly too. then of cosure there is the 1 series, which is just down right terrible. i have no idea which one to pick.. 6 series is ugly too.

in fact, the ONLY bmw that is good looking is the E92. 5 series is not bad, it has grown on me through the years. X5 is pretty decent. other than that.. everything else is forgettable

I happen to like the current BMWs. I think they look pleasantly unique (no mistaking ANY BMW with the other cars). In terms of quality though, the X3 is the worst.

especially with the original plastic side moldings

2nd worst would be the X6

exactly my thoughts

seems like lots of people are disappointed with the new bmw styling

but unlike them, I like them more than the old bmw style

I also like how they are so unique

Lol, all of you must have really bad taste. The 7 series (F01) is definitely the worst and got my vote. I don't understand why people hate on the X3. They look good wheneve I see them around.

I disagree. the Z4 is very much a classic sports car, long nose short deck convertible. I love the sweep line that goes from the headlights arching over the front fender down to the rear of the door, then back up and over the rear wheel. That's a classic fender line from cars like the Jag XK120, MGA, TR3, and more, including BMW's own pre-war 328 Mille Miglia. The ONLY thing I'd change in the design of the Z4 is the crease on the front fender that follows the windshield post, and the rear spoiler needs to go evenly across the rear of the car, not just in the center of the trunklid.

This is just a modern version of the classics:

Gee... what were you thinking... you did it with the rest of the cars.

Anyway, it would have been interesting to see how many of those Z4 votes would have went to the Roadsters

But enough about that... the choice for me was pretty clear. The X3's an absolute minger, and the interior is not far off either.
