I was hoping Lakers didn’t get Cousins. He is toxic. Unfortunately the Lakers picked up Rondo, yet another player I’m not fond. I like the Lance pickup, reminds of Ron Artest.

I was hoping the lakers got boogie. Boogie was tired of being on a losing team in sac. He balled out in New Orleans before he got hurt. Once healthy the sky is the limit for GS.

Maybe not, but I do feel he has a toxic history. I can tell you this, I would not be real excited knowing what I know of these injuries to the Achilles. Its gotta be a year and a half before he is 80-90%.

The Spurs aren’t trading him to LA unless they get everything, including Kuzma. So you may have to wait until next July.

Even with Leonard, they aren’t beating the Warriors. The Warriors will probably sign another All Star next year.

It would be stupid to trade for him this year. Keep Kuzma and Ingram, add Kawhi next summer as a free agent and give up nothing.

Use next season to build some chemistry and go balls out next summer free agency with the cap room.

You can tell Magic and Lakers aren’t ready to give up much for Kawhi in a trade. They just basically let Randle go, instead of doing a sign and trade.

I 100% agree that they should sacrifice nothing and wait patiently. Hope for a Deng trade/buyout and free up that cap space. Whats his salary, like 18 mil?

Both played on bad teams. The pelicans had an adrenaline shot when cousins got heart. AD played great but are they better without him no there not.

Maybe so, but I still have an issue with how this all played out. It will take the Lakers 2+ years to be real contenders the way GS was/is allowed to be so stacked.

However, I believe the Lakers will be stacked in 3 years. So, enjoy the run GS...

I agree. Golden State an awesome team. I do think laker's supporting cast better than Cleveland's and we have a shot at the playoffs-prolly 5th or 6th in the division.

GSW just lucked out that their draft picks of Curry, Klay and Green turned into studs.

I see what the Celtics with Garnett, Pierce and allen or the heat with Lebron, Wade, Bosh and allen or the Cavs w/ Lebron, Kyrie and Love did as more of a black eye than GS. Bought, not built teams.

Or even the tried and failed Lakers with Lebron and PG or KD or Kawhi

and lets be honest here. Even if GSW didnt pick up cousins, the lakers still werent going to be any type of contenders. GSW, Houston, OKC are all leaps and bounds better than the lakers.
