Fun game and I'm sure many of us fantasized. Amazingly, I'm gonna be quite restrained and not even gonna use up my 10 spots.
.Alfa Romeo 4C-love small sports cars and unless you track, a lot of cars are just overkill and you're in danger of losing your licence or worse getting yoursellf or others hurt/killed if you use them irresponsibly .some winter/apocalypse destroyer, like Ford Bronco or some Jeep or anything smaller yet powerful .powerful compact sedan .some kind of exotic if the whim is strong enough but not really interested in anything since they are all derivative and not really special |

This. I failed to take this into account when I bought my GT40. I had owned a few cars that would get some attention from time to time, usually from someone knowledgeable about the car to some degree. I was not at all prepared to have every douche-nozzle within 1000 yards approaching me at every opportunity - including while driving down the highway. It pissed me off enough to spend $5K to have a fuel tank installed in the pole barn where I keep it, so I don't have to stop for fuel except in rare extended drives. The car's always been kept at my cabin, where I have access to several hundred miles of little-used and decently scenic two-lane roads so I can usually enjoy a drive unmolested. I wouldn't own such a car in a million years if I had no place to drive it except a crowded metro are like where I live during the week.

I'd buy something really nice but not flashy for $100-150K, and put the rest into conservative tax-sheltered investments.
I'd use the yield from the investments to cover fuel and insurance and repairs, and would have enough left over to rent an exotic now and then. That, to me, would beat the heck out of owning one or more exotics and all the headaches and expenses and unwelcome attention that go along with that.

ONE million? Oof. My absolute end all be all dream car is a Pagani, so that ain't happening.
Hmm. Porsche 992 Turbo S, BMW M6 Gran Coupe, and... That's probably all I need. Just hang on to the rest and when that impulse hits buy something and make YouTube videos about it lol |

Probably a Ferrari, Porsche 911, G wagon; all in obnoxious colors.
And then a bunch of classic cars on the side. Without a doubt there would be an E46 M3 and E92 M3 in such a garage. No new BMWs.

Hmmm, always an interesting question as I think it changes after a period of several years. Here's potentially where I'm at.
--997 turbo (own this, would keep it), $0 --Modifications to the corrado I own to turn it into something interesting, ~$30k --Trade the GC SRT for a Trackhawk, my out of pocket cost would be ~$50k --Buy 997 GT3 RS; no idea what these cost, maybe $175k --Buy new 718 GT4, $130k --C7 Corvette Z06, ~$70k --new MB G550, $160k --70s Alfa GTV 2000, ~$40k --AMC Javelin AMX, ~$50k --Bullitt-esque '65ish Mustang Fastback, ~$60k --Lotus Exige, ~$60k --Lexus LS500, ~$95k This puts me roughly at $920k. Done. |

Lexus LFA, 500K
Lexus LS500 or Genesis G90, 70K is enough for 1yo lightly used Dodge Viper GenV, ACR(preferably in Purple), 140K Tacoma TRD Pro, 45K That's about enough, gonna keep my current M3 and Model 3 as well.
