Concerts you've chosen to go to of a band or dj that you i love can change your life. I feel sorry for those who don't get it, but not everyone loves music.

Actually the "work" part was the most enjoyable. I was into photography and "filmmaking" back in those days and it was the only part of my job where I got to mess around with that. I just didn't like the concert environment.

I guess I just like music, I don't love it enough to pay a ton of money to go stand in a crowd of people to listen to it. Or maybe I just hate people more than I love music.

To be clear I am fond of the unpopular opinion. A girl with a big ass and touching thighs is hotter than the typical CrossFit girl many post. I'm even accept the FUPA. 5'6 230 (I'm 5'9 185) is as big a girl I've been with and it was the best sex and the most attraction I ever had to a woman. Most of the ones I'd dated prior were 5'0-5'4 and 105-125 lbs and were objectively "hotter" but not in my opinion. I miss that big girl, keep trying to find more like her. She still curved in the sides, so hourglass not ball shaped.

Conflicting senses. The communal part is a big part of the thrill. That's why vip sections also suck. I've been to many. Concerts I believe really elevate any musicians music. But it's an unpopular opinion thread - so well done sir

For sure. $7,000 in extra fees, $7,000 for parking, waiting 2 hours to get into said parking, waiting for 11 hours in line to get into the concert, paying $1,100 for a beer after waiting in line for 6 hours to get it, stand in line for 14 hours to piss $1,100 beer into horrible smelling bathroom, listen to music you like only that sounds 50 times worse in person, get 754 beers spilled on you from 10,475 drunk screaming people around you, wait 6 hours to walk out, wait 8 hours in your car trying to get back out of parking.

I'm on the opposite side as you - if THAT is "life changing" to anyone - I feel sorry for them as well. LMAO

i think concerts have become more of a commercial / marketing tool than an actual experience... i wouldn't dream of going to a modern rap / edm concert... the last few I went to where just noise and yelling... classic rock, well unfotunately no one plays that anymore...
