Bitch Please!!!.... I do the bitching from Hong Kong

$2.16/L
or in American math
$8.18/gal for fxxking REGULAR!

Canadians got it cheap too. China charges about the same for gas in the mainland.

Cost me roughly $190usd just to fill up my FX37.

I love how people complain as if someone forced them to live where they want to live. Reminds me of my wife's boss, pays $16k/mo. for his apt. and it's not even that nice. Complains about it. Who the **** cares? You choose to live where you live. I'd rather have a mortgage for 5k/mo. and 22k property taxes. It's not cheap, but at least I don't complain about it. I chose it. And in 9 yrs., at least those payments stop and we own the house.

Isn't this relative to COL? I'd imagine a majority of people in HK are making enough to the point $8/gal is normal? or no?

Maybe it's the ultra rich have cars and peasants ride bikes?

No, gas prices do no correspond to income and it's definitely not normal. We have a great public transportation system and driving is a luxury no matter where you live. If you add the cost of tolls, parking, insurance, and registration fees, it definitely is pricy. I've concluded that it's way cheaper to just take a cab everywhere I go than to drive.

This does not even start on the topic of car prices which are heavily taxed. Double would be a good estimate compared to us msrp prices.

OK, got it. I think I know the one, but it's a bit out of my way at that point. Thanks again. 93 for under $4 is not bad at all in this day and age.

Heading to the UK next week and we've rented a 3 series. I'm sure when I get back to the US I'll have a new appreciation for our gas prices.
