Which one is the ugliest BMW ?

There are so many ugly ones it's hard to decide. How can a design team get it wrong for so long!

Haters gonna hate, but I think the Bangle era revolutionized BMW's line up and it paid off big time.

The E82 (1-series), E92 (3-series coupe), E60 (5-series), E63 (6-series) and the X5 + X6 look awesome and will stay fresh/unique for years to come.

The E90 (3-series sedan) and the E83 (X3) look all right but the E65 (7-series) didn't turn out so well though...

BMW needs to step up their game or they'll be trailing Audi now.

The Z3M is brilliant!

5GT takes the ugly award...looks awfully bloated, especially for a BMW. Its job seems to makes the x6 and Accord Crosstours look good.

haha I know a lot of people don't like the Z3/Z3M coupes as they were regarded as the "shoes", but what do you guys think of the E86 Z4/Z4M coupes? These aren't so much like shoes anymore I don't think

The Z4 coupe looks like your typical sports car (long hood, sloping roofline, two doors, kamm tail), so it always kills me when people pull out the "clown shoe" comment for them. It's easy to see how it applies to the Z3C, but the Z4? Come on.

I'd say the Z3C is more distinctive than ugly - I don't find looking at them unpleasant, like the 5GT, Panamera, or Crosstour. They just draw the eye.

Tough to find a winner in this group of mutts. These are so bad that I will still take the mangled M3 with one wheel as the sole functioning part over the 5 series with a camper top.

E92. Could they have made it any more feminine looking? Test drove it probably a dozen times and it was just soft and lady-like in every way. It's also about a foot longer than it should be.

Yep, from the new models, the 5GT gets the gold, the X6 or any variant of it gets silver and the bronze has to go the 1 series.

Please note that all of those vehicles do not match with BMW's classic lines which they do amazing, all of their sedans look fantastic... maybe they should stick to that.

5gt - no one knows what the hell that is and what it's supposed to do
X6 - an suv or car, oh wait both but it will it be great at anything?
1 - unproportional and squeezed looks (although the 1M has greatly improved on this with certain body moldings)

Agreed with the 5GT and i think the X6 is overrated just because it's supposed to be a new concept to making SUV's, hence being an SAV
