I just stayed at the Wynn last week. It was my first time in Vegas and heard good things about it. I stayed in a panoramic king suite and it was well worth the money. No regrets

Aria, Venetian, Cosmo.
I second Aggression's post on Mandarin Oriental. I love that hotel. It's for a different kind of Vegas though. There's no casino in the hotel, and the lobby's on the 24th floor or something with a nice view of the strip. When I come to Vegas and i'm looking to wind down and relax, Mandarin Oriental is where I go. Go to the spa, drink some tea at the lounge, and destress. When I stayed there I had a suite facing the City Center and it was gorgeous! |

I will be going for Mfest as well. I booked my room at Mirage for $160 and a week later it jumped to $240. Craziness. Guess this is what happens right when all the day clubs and pools open up!
Marquee day club has some bomb frozen lemonade haha! |

Luxor was nice for a great price. Honestly how much are you in your room?

I've stayed at both Encore and Bellagio recently. Encore is definitely on the top of the list imo. Bellagio was very convenient and I enjoyed my stay there as well.
Make sure to check out the burger place at Cosmo (right beside Bellagio). I thought it was awesome: http://www.cosmopolitanlasvegas.com/...holsteins.aspx |

i vote cosmo..aria...then venetian/palazzo
Stayed at cosmo in feb (thankfully it was a comp'd stay so I cant speak on the price) but the room itself was very clean, modern and most come with a balcony aria - havent stayed there but have been inside the rooms and they give a similar vibe that cosmo has venetian/palazzo usually great price for the size of the rooms and their hotel perks. They've been good about comp's which is why I return there....but their pools arent limited to pool parties or just some shitty small area...they actually have nice big pools that you dont have to pay for the rest on the list...ehhh like others have said, dated |

Your priority should be:
A) if you are bringing a girl, stay somewhere nice: (Aria/Cosmo/Wynn) B) stumbling distance back from the club. (Wynn/Encore/Cosmo) C) Cheap out if you don't care about the above. As for distance to the wedding venue? Who cares? P.S. I know you said you picked Bellagio, but don't stay at Bellagio. The shower drains are a bit plugged and it flooded a bit. That's how old it is. |
