instead of using PS, just use the fill feature in MSPAINT. its a lot easier...

I tried the following
911 91 2 3 9 1 9 1 1 Nine and One 9 & 1 Nine One One two three I am not sure I am on the right track here, Obviously I was thinking along the lines of the emergency call numbers of 911 and do not hit repeatly (which is not a word) i was figuring the two 1's |
