I wasn't going to call or text her back again anyways, unless she made effort to contact me. I put in enough effort; if she wants to hang out, then she can call. I know your busy with summer classes and work, but at least tell me that we will meet up someday. Instead of constantly blowing me off.

If I do as you say, this will be my third time possibly getting turned down. I don't think it's worth it, all she is doing is leading me on because she doesn't know how to say no. Which is a bad thing because she runs away from problems, instead of facing them. If you ask me, that's a pretty unhealthy characteristic to start with in a relationship.

The last two times I asked her out. She said verbally she wanted to go; her tone of her voice said so as well. Then all of a sudden I get shot down twice. When I mention we can aim for next time. She responds so enthusiastically. I lasted texted her to let me know when she is available and free from work. I know she read it, now is she going to reply? It's been more than a week. You're reading too much into it. Girls like to fuck with your head (whether or not it's intentional is up for debate). If she's already flaked twice don't respond to her texts right away. Don't call or talk to her for a while. When she texts you take an hour or two to reply to her. Don't act like you give a shit.

On the other hand, a girl like that is probably not worth the trouble. I don't like games and it seems like she's playing one. So it's up to you to get flaked on for the 3rd time or cut your losses and move on.

How old are you two? I didn't really have time to go thru the 3 updates but seems like you are being a vag.
