yeah, the Rockets/Heat game made me super mad.
complete abuse of the rule. the rule was intended for players to stop trolling players and refs by tapping the ball away from them, which also SLOWS THE GAME DOWN. well, the whole idea is to SPEED THE GAME UP, which Dwight did - that creates a technical foul which unnecessarily SLOWS THE GAME BACK DOWN. stupid ass shit... Rockets beat the Jazz last night by a lot - 38 to be exact..... Rockets 45-22 |

What an absolute EPIC Douchesack this guy is! All you laker fans should actually be getting real sick of this lames big mouth. It's easy to talk shit riding the bench ALL season. Is that his "words of wisdom or encouragement" to his team mates" Fcuk what he HAS done what IS he doing now or even next season? After the surgeries he's had + age, he will NEVER be the same dominant force he once was. All he is doing now by throwing his team, coach and management under the bus, is reminding ALL outside of LA what a complete piece of ego maniacal shit he really is. $50 Mill for this season and next??? Lakers basically are padding his bank account for the hell of it. And what's with those buttery teeth? All that ca$h and you can't whiten them out?

I thought Indiana has been playing bad lately. The Heat are a mess. We went 7-7 and managed to grow our lead for the #1 seed to 3 games.

It would be pretty funny if some team like the Nets or Raptors knock off the Heat in the first or second round. The entire South Beach contingent on this forum would immediately disappear or become Seahawks fans.

With Hibbert, Ian, and Bynum, I don't see anyone from the East matching up size-wise. We'll be able to have All Star-caliber centers on the floor at all times with Bynum and Hibbert. And Bynum's play has spurred Ian on to play better. People need to remember that Roy Hibbert becomes an unstoppable rebel force in the playoffs. Playoff Roy is different than regular season Roy. And if I lose, I'll honor my end of the bet. And I won't disappear from this thread either. I've been a longtime Pacers fan. That said I still welcome bandwagon fans with open arms.

pretty much any center in the league owns Bosh, he is soft as cotton but he can come up big when needed which is what matters for the heat. |

The Heat always played small. In all 3 of their NBA Final appearance, they used either Chris Bosh, Udonis Haslem or Joel Anthony as center. All 3 of them are under 7ft tall and undersized. The Heat has been pretty successful playing small. But they do have Greg Oden that they are trying to implement into their system. He would be key to defending Hibbert in the playoffs. |

Greg Oden? ha. Greg Oden's knees sound like rice crispies under milk when he walks. I highly doubt he will be able to last a playoff series with any sort of usable minutes.

Last year the Heat had trouble with any team that had a good center. Super tough series with Indiana, and without Ray Allen (on a play where Duncan was out), would have lost the championship.

I used to hate Ray Allen with a passion. I loved the rivalry the Big 3 (Pierce, KG, Allen) had with our Lakers up until the last 2 years. Brought back memories of the 80s.
Lebron owes Ray Allen everything, his clanker that bounced off the rim nearly sealed the deal with San Antonio.

Indy this, Brooklyn that.... What happened these last two years between the Heat and any other NBA team in the playoffs?? .. Back to back Champs... Why does Indy think they are so close??? 2 years ago the Heat beat you without Bosh, last year with a super injured Wade... What have these people been watching lately...
Miami is absolutely bored of this regular season crap... When playoffs come good luck to you all, the Heat got so many different line-ups to throw out is ridiculous.. "You gotta go big against Miami" "Miami can't rebound" Last year the Heat was dead last rebounding... Still the Champs..but I'm sure this year will be different... RIGHT!!

yes that shot was incredible, but it only gave miami a chance to go to a game 7, the spurs had 2 more chances to beat miami and take that championship they had the overtime and a game 7, guess what "heat hater" only the better team prevailed and miami went on to win the title. i love how all the miami haters have very high hopes of seeing miami loose i just love it. it makes it all that much better when we 3peat |

Yeah the Heat were great in 2012, and 2013. They're looking mighty vulnerable though in 2014. Only 4-6 in their last 10. I think teams have them figured out this year.

i totally agree with you on this one, they are playing like caca and it puts lots of questions in the fans and lots of hope in the non fans, but the truth is that after 4 years of doing it day in and day out it they must be uninterested in the regular season. they know they will be going to the ECF to face indiana, keeping the 2nd seed in the east means come playoff time they won't see any tough teams (chicago/nets) till the end i think they are just taking it easy. Seeing charlotte in the 1st round then toronto/washington in the second round sounds like a pretty good easy way to get to the ECF. remember, work smart not hard ;-) |
