These also work well in a pinch. There are different sizes and will tell you the weight they hold. |

Me and like 10 others just got placed on [paid] quarantine for 2 wks due to close contact with a positive coworker.
Besides studying, I'm gonna hit some of those LA canyon roads.

That said, I do have a swivel base and I can scoot the bookcase out away from the wall a bit, so I may not need a wall mount at all, which would be ideal. It's not like I plan on watching a lot of TV there. Just the occasional show.

The house has never looked better. Many small projects that had been put off are now completed. Zipping through my book library.

Currently: reading on the specs of electric toothbrushes. Anyone use the Oral B Pro 6000?
Edit: Ordered it, but let me know if you like/hate yours Last edited by Turkish Pickle; 04-06-2020 at 05:06 PM.. |

Same here. I've got 3 high dollar stud finders. Oddly enough, the most basic and cheapest is the best all around in this instance.

But I had also just had porcelain veneers done, so that was what the aesthetic dentist recommended. With what I paid for the veneers, I didn't want to skimp out on the toothbrush. It's been great though.

I've been using the Oral B 1000 for a few years now. No complaints. My dentist often comments that I must be flossing regularly (I don't) because my gums are tougher now. It does a great job cutting down the plaque as well.

We spent a few hours a day and a lot of time this past weekend to do hardwood floors for the second story. Lots of work but worth it and a good way to pass the time as well as staying active.
Not sure but reviews seemed great. I ordered a set of 2 from Costco this past weekend for $100. Been using Sonicare last 4-5 years and it’s dying on me (barely holds a charge for a 4-5 mins brushing). Decided to switch to circular brushes and I think they are more effective and better for the teeth and gum. |

I've had quite a few Sonicare toothbrushes & the first model they made lasted the longest. The other 2 have been crap so after this one bites the dust I will have to look into the Oral B.

The second reminder is that I volunteered for a municipal committee, and our first meeting is next week via an as-of-yet undisclosed online meeting system. I have to make at least a half-hearted effort to present a residential-looking background for my computer's camera. They were kind enough to send me 20+ files, each with hundreds of pages of conflicting municipal, county, and state goals for homework and background reading before the first meeting. Guess I know what I'll be doing for the upcoming 4-day holiday weekend......

Really could use a new desk. Not easy at this point getting rid of the old one, though.
