I remember eating meals like that constantly....and then at the end of the day taking in almond butter along with Carlson fish oil pills throughout the day to make sure I was getting enough healthy fats. Plus the almond butter at night would help keep me full until I would start over the next day.

I don't see how some guys instead of mixing their pre in a cup with water they just take a scoop...open their mouth and pound that shit back like nothing! I think I would literally choke to death doing it that way

My avg breakdown of protein sources during the week day.
6am: protein bar or rice cakse with peanut butter 11am: 6-10oz what ever meat I have whether beef/chicken/etc 5:30pm: 2scoop protein shake with a heaping spoonful of peanut butter 6:30-7pm: 6-10oz whatever meat 8pm: english muffin w/ peanut butter and honey maybe a cheese stick too 9pm: 3 eggs w/ usually ham an cheese I don't count calories/macros or any of that jazz so whatever that adds up to is my daily average haha. During my dinner at 6:30-7 I eat until I am full though, so sometimes more than one helping. I'm also just eating peanut butter out of the jar throughout the day whenever I get a little hungry, can't get enough of that shit haha |

I did, for the most part. Every now and then I still eat some, but that used to be the workday addition of protein to whatever else I ate. So easily digested and put to use building the temple!
