Early supper or late lunch. Out of the box Mac and Cheese. Only five minutes from the microwave to my tummy. I was starving after running around all day due the the improvement of the weather and roads. I managed to do a few calls and visits. Now I'm free for the rest of the week-end.

Early Pizza night using the the microwave convection mode.
Thanks to the ice storm the power was out for about 36 hrs. While I got a 17K generator, the gas stove is not on the back-up power. Power just came back 15 minutes ago. |

Had some friends over and made two pizzas. Didn't take pictures as you've seen them before. But... I made a bowl of Mexican dip to die for.
Refried beans. Guacamole. Sour cream. Tomatoes, onions, green and red peppers. Hot Habanero cheese. |
