Thanks, Chewy. Tough getting that low. The battery grip was sitting on the ground. I was laying down with my ear on the ground trying to see through the viewfinder. The farm dog sniffing around my head didn't help my concentration. I should have busted out my recently purchased Angle Finder C.

lol, that's how it got there mark
I was actually walking towards it as I was packing up from doing all the wedding shooting and shot that from my hip with the same settings I had from my last shot with the married couple. Worked out alright, except for the too busy part and then I dinged the chrome stripe down the side with my camera when loading the car up oh well. |

Nice car, Reed. But you really should just invest in a good alarm.

Wait, wait, you mean that is really your car? Seriously? I didn't know you were a classics collector (besides watches). It's a sweet ride for sure. Won't haul your boat, I bet.

I have to slouch down pretty far to get behind the windscreen. I've always loved old cars. Never could justify them, but I lost the internal battle. Was a birthday present to myself. It's also not as old as it might lead you to believe It's such a different drive. When I go from it to my BMW I can't tell that my BMW's engine is actually on because it's so much smoother. In the BMW I now accidentally shift 1-2-5, because I've gotten used to how the 4 speed transmission shifts and it always puts a smile on my face when I walk towards it |

Sunrise surfer (Daytona Beach, FL):
Good little surfer by dcstep, on Flickr The kid's growing up right. Rising early to surf for an hour or so, showering, then going to school. I grew up on the water and enjoyed a similar life style, but my quadraplegic cousin (surfing accident) is a reminder that it's not always fun and games. Dave

Surfing is indeed a lifestyle. If you are into surfing, you will want to watch "The ultimate wave - Tahiti 3D". Saw it at an Imax theatre but i'm pretty sure there's a 2D version out there. But in 3D it was an amazing movie. I was ready to pack bags and buy plane tickets as soon as I left the theatre ;p Sorry for your cousin tho. Its true that surfing can go bad anyday.
