The Lakers need to shut up and play. Stop worrying about other teams. Phil Jackson been talking shit all season about the Heat. Criticizing Spoelstra. Then last week said basketball is not for kids (referring to them crying) and then yesterday said he doesn't like how the Heat plays. Ron artest went on NBA TV to talk shit about them crying last week also. Seems like all that shit talking bit them in the ass because the Heat swepted the Laker. The only top 5 team in the NBA they only beat... |

How is #1 a foul? Looks like a Fisher flop to me.
You can't even see #2 close up in a different angle to conclude that it was clearly a foul. In this angle looks like a clean block. #3.. Wade got all ball then Kobe moved his left arm. Kobe got full control of the ball afterward. He just lost control of the ball in mid air. Seriously, these are silly excuses. |

I agree , please tell me where the foul is in picture #2 and #3. Both look clean from that angle. First picture I could see the foul , but not in 2 and 3.

The Heat won it because they outrebounded and outplayed the Lakers. I never used the refs as excuses. The replays are in context of what I said earlier. #1 - It's a swing through move that Kobe does all the time. Durant does the same thing. So does Tim Duncan. Case and point: ^ Lebron gets the call here. #2 - Tough angle to watch, I agree. #3 - You can't come off the ball and pull the hand away that's holding the ball. That is clearly a foul. But I'll stand by what I said, it's not officiating that decided the game. But if you want to argue the fouls, I'm all up for it. |

lmao this thread is good.
Here are some of my opinions to share: I like many teams. Finally NYK has a very good contending team. I never liked kobe until the year he bust his ass to gain respect from everyone (while on trial and loosing endorsements), earned the name black mamba, and later on went on to win titles. So I root for Lakers. They have a good team... as much as they can loose to anyone, its gonna be real hard to beat them in a series. The year before last year, Houston would have beaten them if Yao Ming didn't get injured. Last year, my other fav team, the OKC Thunder, could have beaten them and fell short... watch out. Celtics are pretty darn good as much as I don't like em... but if Celtics or Lakers don't win it this year... i think its their last run and will have to duke it out with Chicago/NY whom if things go well, should be the top teams to beat. Miami still has potential (maybe a garbage coach). Lebron/Wade is still killer combo in clutch no matter how much they've missed. Chemistry takes time. It's not magic. Look at Portland Trailblazers back in early 2000-2001s. Wonderful team! They shouldn't have broken that team up. |

I think people are just waitin' on the playoffs to arrive...anything said and done now pretty much irrelevant...I think all the contenders are set and some pretenders are there as well, but we all know who the contenders are...
