To be even more fair. the import guy looks like he put at least 9" inside the white line. The Chevy driver had a choice to not to park there or park it correctly.

Citroen C5. 2 year old then and lamps needed to be changed. took me 17 hours to give up and take it to a shop, and it took them 2 hours per lamp to change them. That car, and it was my parents taught me all I ever will need to know about cars.
