For all the old farts here try my method. I'm 33 and I got this from a former 65 y/o regular at the bar I tended back in college.

Before going out, take a multivitamin and Vitamin B12 with one massive glass of water. Also before you inevitably pass out, try to kill another glass of water. It works for me and worked for my old regular. I rarely wake up and hate my life the next day, and I go out probably 5/7 nights a week while doing well at my 8AM engineering job during the weekdays.

I recently bought these based on a few hundred positive reviews and being familiar with most of the tried and true ingredients, in anticipation for the Holiday drinking. Hopefully I won't need it but better to have than need.

As stated earlier...I am not a drinker. But I do know of a good way of combating hangover symptoms that has worked for most anyone I have suggested it to.

N-acetylcysteine (NAC) - 200mg about 1/2 hour before you start drinking, and 200mg every 2 hours until your party has ended.

NAC is the only way of raising Glutathione levels in the body as taking straight glutathione is mostly destroyed in the gut. So unless you are injecting it, NAC is the proven way to go.

Plus Glutathione via IV is one of the things they administer for people brought into ER's with Alcohol Poisoning as it is a potent Liver protectant.

I use NAC along with a Multi-Vitamin daily just for the benefits. All the studies are out there.

I sometimes "lose" stuff I am still wearing, and you expect me to be able to remember to take a pill every 2 hours?
