Yup it was just gettin good with Magnum P.I. in the show as the mysterious billionaire/cowboy/ex CIA/ex Spec Ops.lol How many different things can a person be in their life, that are all super rare and almost impossible to be just one of them at once, let alone all of them?

New Fringe on hulu today...love that show. It doesnt quite make up for Fox's misdeeds (ie canceling Firefly) but it is fantastic show in its own right

It's kinda hard to pick the best show because there are so many great shows for different genres. In general, I like Fringe and House (2 shows off the top of my head).

californication is about a writer who lives life to his own drumbeat, gets himself in trouble, hauls home a fair amount of ass, and in general, is good for a few laughs every episode

Solefoid check out The Wire, never seen a show with as much detail went into it, always 5+ different things going on at once, all interesting

And to Bimmerpod, sounds like I would enjoy it

The Wire was incredible.

If you haven't seen it I just went back and watched the box set of Band of Brothers, it is one of the finest mini-series ever produced. imho

Friend of mine has been relentlessly trying to get me to watch The Wire, LOST and the Battlestar Galactica, but I just cant find the time to wach anything lately.

Perhaps I should just sit down one weekend with a huge bottle of booze and start watching them

It got canceled in 08, 5 seasons but its about 20, 1 hour episodes per season. I had a new respect of HBO TV shows after this show, its like a movie that's 5 years long.

Just grinded through first 2 seasons of Lie To Me. It kept me interested most the time; first season more than second.

anyone watch the original twilight zone series? Alot of them were just brilliant...some of the storylines seem cliche for today but it's only because alot of modern shows have pulled material from Serling's plots
