You're probably right. I just found it odd because it was a large car to start with. The 7 looks massive in person, but that gives it a stronger presence. Now if the next 1's and 3's are larger that will be something to complain about.

Thanks guys....I never listen to negative comments. I was going to get a new 335, but I want to wait till the new body style comes out, I had two of them in a row, I just needed a change. Felt like I had been driving the exact same car for too long. I'm absolutely in love with the way the car looks, if only it drove like my 335 did. I only had the JB2 tune, but god was that a fun car. My friend works for BMW and he was in Germany this past week and saw the new 3 and the new M5, said they were both amazing. I've always had a hard on for an M5, maybe with the money I save from driving a VW I can get one next time around, haha.

I rode in my friend's CC and the back is cramped because headroom is minimal for a 6ft tall person. I also don't get the point of only 4 seats for a car in this size and price range. Only thing I liked about it was the styling and it felt pretty quick.

Because most people RARELY use the rear seat in a car. Look around the next time your driving and see how many people are sitting in the back seats of a car besides childer/babies who have to sit in the back. Look in SUV also and 95% of cars have NO ONE in the back seat.

Got it a few weeks back, and dropped it on H&R Springs, got the APR Stage 1 tune, APR intake, HID fog lights, LED license plate lights and a few other goodies. Definitely nowhere near as responsive and direct as the 335, but I'm very pleased with it. Hard to get used to FWD after driving RWD for so many years. Power is pretty decent with the tune, certainly fast enough for what I need it for. Here's a few pictures

Congrats on your replacement for the 335i. It's hard replacing such a great car but you have got yourself something that is rare, exciting to look at and feels every bit the polished product it replaced. FWD does take some time to get use to but it suits this car really well and isn't nearly as bad as some here are suggesting.

Anyway, health to enjoy.
