I disagree with the fact that just because you have trust for someone that makes it okay for them to just go out with anyone. Some people really are uncomfortable with that notion (usually women), and for good reason. Anyone is susceptible to temptation, no matter how much "trust" you think you have. Its how a good number of things fall apart.

Nope. I have friends of both sexes. I go out with either whenever I want, wherever, and however. If I ever had a girlfriend that said she didn't like it I would tell her tough shit. She has every right to meet my friends if she so desires but I will not not hang out with people because she isn't secure. If I'm dating somebody I am dating them. It would be a waste of time and energy to cheat and I would just break up with them. I tell girls that before I date them.

I feel ya man. I guess I'm just referring to the more intimate "going-outs" and such. The girl I dated the longest had a close relationship with a lot of outside people, being very popular as she was, and I got used to that. People's reputations precede them, though; some things I just take a bit more cautiously.

You're young, she's young, you were accepted into a major University. This gives you the opportunity to be more stress free and concentrate on school and more importantly, meeting new people at your new school.

As hard as this may sound, a lot of us have been through the same thing, thinking there will never been anyone like her, but you will find a new girl shortly enough. There's plenty out there.
