Uh no, the ECU won't be doing any such thing. It's sourced by the FIA, can only use FIA software, and is sealed so it can't be disassembled or modified in any way. And since it's from the FIA themselves, there won't be any breaching of rule 9.3.

You say that as if there's scientific, objective data to back up your claim. How difficult anything is will always be subjective. I personally believe navigating Monaco in pouring rain is more difficult than any possible NASCAR race scenario.

This past winter storm that we had in MD to NY area was crazy. Yet i drove through that storm in a 2001 toyota corola doing average of 65mph, while most SUV's were doing 20mph as i passed them on NJ turnpike.

Why is that?
