I think they'd be crazy to give Ric yet another chance. He's proven multiple times that he's done. Hire him to do the publicity stuff, but he doesn't belong back on track. Checo has a huge following in the Americas and IMO, actually has some talent left. He's probably about done, but he's got another few years left, and they'd sell a ton of merchandise.

Max's 'fuck you' personality was exactly what I had when I pitched growing up and into high school and college. I didn't give a shit who you were, I am throwing inside on your ass and good luck trying to hit my 93 mph fastball that will run on the inside of the plate. And if I hit you..so be it. Agreed. I played lacrosse growing up and D1 in college. I always went out with the mentality that I was better than any defender I was going to face and that he was not going to stop me. You cannot have a defeatist mindset and Max's mentality and ability to play out a race beyond just what is happening corner to corner has not been seen in F1 since the Senna/Schumacher days. No one in F1 has in recent time has had that level of intensity and controlled aggression that Max has - everyone else soft and don't want to actually race. I'd love to see them all in GT3 cars where you can bump and push a bit. Max would absolutely obliterate them all to no end.
