uhh been working out ever since i stoped playing football in highschool. i have a messed up rotater cuff, winging serratus, and shoulders that aren't aligned. uhh i usually have 5 days: bicep/tricep/core, shoulders, upperback/core, deadlift/light day for other stuff, bench day/core, i add legs when i have a 6th day. usually once every two weeks.
not exactly looking to get big cause theres always somebody bigger.

haha lean = running... i was doing a run workout and a lift workout everyday for 2 months... worked pretty well until i dislocated my toe. no running for another 4-5 weeks :'(

I can't run cuz I have knee and feet probs. I use stationary bikes at the gym. Not cycling class ones with the huge discs, the old fashioned ones. Yeh.
