That movie was made intentionally bad. It was an hommage to the blacksploitation flicks of the 70's. Things like out of focus shots, crappy action choreography, boom mics being in the scene, etc... were the norm. Check out Dolemite 1 & 2....great movies yet classic examples. On that note:
