You can also enable right click on your MacBook in system preferences. Go to:
System Preferences > Mouse/Keyboard > Trackpad --- then check the box that says gestures > clicking --- then tap trackpad using two fingers for right click.

After that, you'll be able to just put two fingers on the trackpad and it will bring up the right click menu.
