That picture of the 1er of there is an old p-shop of ptack's car.
And for real, with all of the times somebody has told me that I have a beautiful car, I must have an ugly car right? |

I also find the 1 to be ugly...but I really like it, I'm not sure why but it just works. The proportions are much better then the E92, and the flared fenders make it look more aggressive, and purposeful. Maybe its because form is following function, and that always makes the best car. |

A very good friend of mine who own a Jaguar S-type, thinks that E63 6-serie is the best what BMW ever made. I dig E24 more.
I think the ugliest BMW is E36, since 1991 I´ve never like it. |

Oh yes, in our local BMW-store is one black 530d GT at showroom. It sucks. The backside of car reminds me of ´90s japanese or some cheap german cars. You know the cars which was available in those days sedan or hatchback version.
HB design will succeed at very very rarely. |

I checked.
(found another 1 series side view and overlaid the two). This picture is modified. The roof is lower than the real thing. Side windows are squished down. The nose area before the front wheels also looks shortened. (but it could just be because of a more tele lens in the bottom pic) -scheherazade |

Maybe the new 1 series but not all 1's. I had a 1990 Z1 and it was a great car! Wish I still owned it!

No, it's actually shorter in the Photoshopped image and it's not from the lens. It's from using PS to enlarge the front wheels and arch.

Though it is not actually my car, I do have the original image which I used to p-shop about 10 different wheels on the car. This photo is what I would consider to be a bad p-shop of what a 1 would be if it wanted to be a Camaro.

Next to a 3 series i find the 1 series to look like shit, but on its own it looks awesome. I think this is because of how the 1 series looks like a squished 3 series :P
