Can anyone here give me the actual workout sheet on which ones I do in order?
For example: day 1, back - chest day 2, ...... etc.. day 3, etc...

What kind of workout are you guys doing?
Classic, Double, Lean.. Im doing double I just finished my first day. Not that bad, a bit sore. The AB Ripper killed me though

well kicked off day 1 yesterday with Core Synergistics...wow this is tough! i made it through most of the program...i did have to stop a couple times due to fatigue or nausea. but i feel like i accomplished something...so i'll definitely keep going. Cardio X today...wooohoooo

Honestly,
I think plyometrics and ab ripper are hands down the best, worst, most effective workout from all the DVD's. Motha fucka had me jumping for like 20 mins straight lol
