NOexplode is weird stuff, I have had a bad reaction to it a few times. I actually would not advise anyone to use it, it felt like a lot of caffeine and a whole lot of crashing afterwards. Definetly couldn't drink it after 7...

I dont use any pre-workout supplements however, I have tried NO explode and superpump 250. NOexplode made me tweek and my workouts extended to almost 2 hrs. It was too much. Superpump i didnt notice any difference. Now all i do is listen to music before workouts to get me going. Self motivation is all u need sometimes having a goal in mind and understanding what it will take to get you there should also help

I usually just play Bball or shoot some hoops with my boys before lifting. Stretching and a short 1-2 mile run also works well to get warmed up before hitting the weight room.

Not sure about all these Pre Work Out supplements that make you shit your pants. LOL.

I usually hit the gym for 1.5 hours 4-5 days a week and run or hike on Sunday. I usually take off on Saturday. I'm not huge by any means. Before I started working out everyday (around 5 years ago), I was around 155 lbs. Right now, I'm around 170-175 lbs and 6 ft tall. I'm more into playing sports than body building, so I'm not sure if all the supplements (and side effects) are worth it to me. I am naturally thin so 170 - 175 is definitely the most I ever want to weigh.

I take protein with supplements in it but I usually don't take the recommended 4 scoops and 60 grams of protein or whatever. I usually take 1 or 2 scoops after I work out. I eat healthy and always seem to have enough energy to work out hard for an hour and a half.

I recommend eating healthy and getting lots of sleep. I also can't work out hard if I have eaten within a couple hours of going to the gym. Not sure if it's just me, but I get all lazy if I just ate before going to the gym.

C4 is a great preworkout and so is 1.M.R.

I find that taking a BCAA supp is more worth your money that a preworkout is. Scivation xtend is awesome for that.

No love for ALN products? I have used Axcel. Works ok.

Prefer black coffee and a banana though.

No love for White Flood? I've been lifting for years, tried everything you can think of except 1MR... and I always come back to White Flood. Jack3d was "ok"

I use white flood as well. Taste pretty good and results are good. I have been using it for a little over a year now.

Man, just thinking about that stuff makes me sick...I bought a bottle of it once i got used to Jack3d and tried it abt 4 or 5 times...Every single time i took it i was in the bathroom after my first few sets. Literally felt like I was going to die on the toilet. Also felt like throwing up after the workout. Abt 45 min after I stopped working out i got so hot I started sweating just sitting down..It was bad for me to say the least. Never had that happen from a PWO supp before, and Ive taken most.

I think for me C4 or Jack3d is the way to go.

Craze, Jack3d, Muscle Marinade, or Andorush....depends whether i want caffeine or NO2 and depends on how the hell i feel. sometimes i feel like i build a tolerance so i rotate.

MusclePharm Assault - Caused HPB spikes
1mr - Did not feel much of a difference other than being wired but no pump
SuperPump - Great stuff
White Flood - Not too bad but felt a bit more wired
Purple Wrath - Love it for cardio

Assault + DAA + ECA Stack....

Be careful not to overdose...

FYI. 1 3 dimethylamylamine in Jack3d is not beneficial at all. Just take ECA stack

Creatine sucks. Benefits are minor and the bloating makes you look like a blimp.

You deff. need to try white flood. Ive been bodybuilding for 3 years and still is the best for me to use. I also rotate between white flood and jack3d and white flood. Use one for a couple days then change back over because ive noticed you gain a tolerance for it QUICK.
