Sausages grilled then simmered in beer,onion, bell pepper until veggies were well done and most liquid was gone. Chipotle cheese in the skillet to soften and soak in some flavor. Topped with souped up baked beans and bbq sauce. This was really tasty.

Moussaka and salad!
Moussaka = freezer gift! Cinnamon, nutmeg, ground beef, potatoes and béchamel is such a great flavor combination. Salad with arugula, tomatoes, pepperoncini, onions, evoo, lemon juice and s&p. Grapes for dessert! |

Herb marinated pork loin, smeared with pesto butter before wrapping. Wrapped on the grill but off the heat for an hour. Unwrapped for the last 10 minutes on the heat to give marks and reach 145 degrees. Mrs H made a new corn casserole and it was delicious. Taters and gravy. Good meal all around.
