Wait. First we complain they sweat all over, then we complain they drink water and don't sweat. Why can't this just be physically hard lifting weights, and not have to know all these damn rules

This one isn’t a rule, more of an observation. When I do go to my Globo gym, the knuckleheads walking around sipping on their gallon jug of water are as dry as can be. I never see them using any physical exertion to require drinking that much water or whatever concoction is in that damn jug!

These are also the same ppl who are in the bathroom taking mirror selfies when I go to wash my hands before I leave.

I never understood the gallon thing either! I would tell my clients to use a gal jug as a metric for consumption to learn to drink more, but damn I wouldn't continue to take one everywhere. Shakers are for that, or my favorite.... 44oz Styrofoam cup with diet coke!

I wanna say i thought this was funny but at the same time i appreciate when i see anyone going to the gym to make themselves better health wise. This poor guy was probably in his late 20's looking so out of shape he kinda looked like Chunk. ..the kid from The Goonies but the adult version I say that because his gut was spilling out of his sweat pants and just hanging over. I mean he waddles when he walks lol Anywho so the female trainers at my gym are all hawt but i don't know what she was thinking but she had him on the Assisted Pull Up machine (the one where you step up and rest your knees on the padded platform and you can set whatever weight adjustment you select on the side). Well the trainer set it for him and she says go ahead and he's giving it all he's got! And for the life of him he's grunting and squirming as he couldn't even do one Now the funny part was his body wasn't moving but just hanging and the only thing moving was his neck as he's trying to reach his chin way up high. The trainer literally says out loud "Oh come on...you can't give me one?" He literally yells out "I'm freakin' trying god dammit!" as everyone looks and she looked embarrassed. I wanted to laugh but instead i smirked and looked the other way.

Lmao we have at least two of those at my gym. The older one literally dances his way to every single machine. Overheard him making chit chat with a chick in the sauna one time. The conversation went something along the lines of “oh yea, I’m that guy that dances, but people get super offended. One guy threatened me a while back and told him to just chill. I’ve done my time, I don’t want to go back.”

Real smooth, I’m sure she was itching to jump out of those leggings for you after that.
