Not sure if it has been mentioned yet or not.
If you're ever in Pittsburgh you have to try Burgatory. Their burgers and spiked shakes are amazing. http://www.burgatorybar.com/ |

Yea, it's probably only 1,500 to 2,000 sq. feet too. So not only is it a hole... It's a small one at that.
Take it back you have an X5M So it may likely depend on your zip code as price per sq. ft ranges from $280 to over $1000 Plus Orange County doesn't have seasons! How do you know what great weather feels like when the weather doesn't change? When it snows straight for 3 months, think about how happy you are with spring! |

That is very interesting as the patty itself is quite small. I would assume that the burger would be less greasy because the amount of meat is limited. Maybe the special sauce adds to the grease? I wonder what ratio patty they make. edit: They use a 60%/40% patty (source: first google article) That could explain the greasiness if much of that fat transfers over. |

I dunno, but the "fancy" burgers don't do anything for me. Like I've had really nice burgers at "nice" restaurants... but it just doesn't have the same satisfaction as a nice grease, squished, wrapped in tin foil burger.
That being said my favs would be In and out and Whataburger. Since we have neither of those here my local favorites are Charm City, Five Guys and Burger Fi... probably in that order. |

Then again, it's been a few years since I've had In-n-out. Could've changed since then. As far as Fast Food, just remembered Carl's Jr. I can do their Bacon Burger BBQ things they have. |

We've had this discussion many times... But I do love me a good burger...
In LA - Plan Check, the "Chef's Favorite Burger..." It's just good quality meat, cheese melted properly, thick cuts of bacon, nice sunny side up egg, cheese crisp with a touch of sriracha... Hands down my favorite burger... |

In SD - Hodad's... It's a good ole fashioned burger... Messy as all hell but it just works... Good onion rings as well... Have the burger made the way you want, but if your arteries can handle it, the Guido burger - has slabs of pastrami in it as well... NOT for the faint of heart, and not for our members who count calories...

In NYC - okay I may be partial because I lived around the corner but Raoul's in Soho... Understand that it's 12 burgers a day ONLY, (I heard weekends it's on the brunch menu now though) and you cannot order the burger off the menu or at the table... Only at the bar, and you best be there shortly before 5pm, when they open, because, they are gone in an instant... Might be nostalgia, might be cuz, limited, but I still have dreams about said burger...

I don't eat burgers often, but in a pinch, despite their greasiness

Batch Gastropub - their Batch Attack burger... I usually just like my burgers as is, meaning nothing crazy but their Mac & Cheese is out of this world... You add that to their brisket burger? Damn... |

And there's a spot that has a sirloin burger that is stuffed with braised short rib... I also believe truffle but don't quote me... Can't remember the name of the place though...
*edit - DB Bistro... The DB burger... |
