Reading about it and posting from your couch is nothing like making a sign, getting in your car to drive somewhere and spending time shouting at a stranger’s house. I agree the case is interesting enough to chat about, but not so interesting to try to get involved with someone in the middle of it.

In any of those scenarios his behavior doesn’t make sense. Blow off steam and go back and make sure she gets home safely. Or call in that she is suicidal or needs help, or missing or jumped. That’s what is so gripping about this one (I don’t usually follow these things): lots of theories but none really make sense. Even if he killed her, why would he drive back in her van instead of ditching it and creating some alibi? |

This is so messed up - especially after seeing the headline of the guy pissing off somewhere.
So all I can offer is comedy: remember the good ol' days when the mafia used to handle this stuff? when you got lost, they made sure you stayed lost. just ask hoffa (if you can find him) |

Another piece to the puzzle...
Somehow Laundrie was hitchkiking on Aug 29th in Grand Teton National Park (500 miles from Moab, UT). I believe the girl was supposedly already missing at this point. Where was the van? Apparently he says shes off in the van filming for social media accounts and he had been sleeping in the woods with little more than a tarp for the past few days. This happened one day before the last text from girls phone to family (Aug. 30) that no one thinks was really her. |

I presume that he then doubled back to the van and began the drive home. At this point Gabby was to have made contact with her friend that she had planned to meet on the 30th. Never did. |

No, I believe, on a forum, one can be guilty without adjudication. In the legal system he is presumed innocent until the verdict comes in. In this case, he is not only the person of interest but he is refusing to assist in his own appearance of innocence. That means, 98% of the time he's guilty. I guess we'll see. It happens daily. In this case, like most that we hear about, she's white, blonde and pretty. Otherwise, it would be another missing woman. Nothing otherwise remarkable about the case.

So he is the only figure in this case and they failed to monitor him? All they needed is 1 person surveillance. Now he is missing and they got 100s of people looking for him.
And I am all for parents helping him, but if he did kill her and parents covering this up and helped him escape, well that's a pretty serious crime right there too |

Pics from the search for Laundrie. Looks densely treed, cant be an easy search this time of the year in Florida. Wonder if he's even out there at this point in time…

On the Laundries search, afaik they haven’t said how he got to the area where he supposedly is hiding, didn’t mention finding his vehicle or used an Uber or parents gave him a ride. From what’s public all they have to go on is his parents saying he was dressed to hike and liked that area. Pretty sketchy.
The video from Tetons is interesting. Someone pointed out that just as the van comes into view there appears to be someone to the left in the field digging. Very weird. My thinking is he killed her there, got rid of her body, buried her stuff (or burned it, or both). Then hitchhiked to Jackson to create an alibi, telling the ride that he had been camping for several days after his gf left him. Got out before Jackson, doubled back on foot and drove the van home. I’m sure he made many mistakes that will convict him, but driving the van is the biggest since it ruins any alibi. |

By driving the van home, to have any alibi he would have to show that she was alive and fine when he left in it. Since he hasn’t said anything to anyone other than his attorney, he probably has nothing along those lines to say. He is hurt in this by her missing a meet up with her friend on the 30th (and the phone call that friend never got on the 29th). |
